If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the unused item in its original condition, packaging and the barcode as long as you contact us within 2 date receive of the items.

- Refunds are only applicable for online paid orders that have not yet been shipped from our warehouse.
- No refunds will be issued once the item has been shipped or delivered, regardless of the payment method.

- A 3% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount for any approved refund.
